Buta Kakuni which is Japanese stewed pork in soya sauce. Pretty similar to Chinese style Tau Yew Bak but this is slightly on the sweeter side.

The bottoms are nice and slightly crunchy and the top bits are slightly chewy, soft, slightly slippery, and the fillings are juicy and sweet.
